Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase from The Gothic Rose Diamond Art.
Because our diamond painting kits are specialty art products, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused and unopened
- in its original packaging
- in the same condition in which it was received
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at TheGothicRoseDiamondArt@gmail.com and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund.
Opened or partially completed diamond paintings
We cannot accept returns on canvases or kits that have been opened, started, or partially completed unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a standard in-stock order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may no longer be eligible for cancellation. Preorders and Special Edition purchases cannot be canceled once placed.
Preorders and Special Editions
Preorders and Special Edition purchases are final once the order is placed and cannot be canceled. These items are produced or reserved specifically based on customer demand, so please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
If a preorder or Special Edition item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at TheGothicRoseDiamondArt@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
