Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Gothic Rose Diamond Art. We carefully prepare each order so your kit arrives safely and ready for you to enjoy.

Processing Times
In-stock orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may be longer during launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Preorders and Special Editions
Preorder and Special Edition items have longer processing times because they may be produced or reserved specifically for the customer. Estimated production and shipping timeframes will be listed on the individual product page.

Please note that preorder and Special Edition purchases cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and available shipping method.

Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after an order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. The Gothic Rose Diamond Art is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at TheGothicRoseDiamondArt@gmail.com and include your order number and photos of the packaging and item.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. Contact us if you need assistance reviewing the shipment information.
